Investor Path Australia provides general property education, an online investor assessment and introductions to relevant service providers. References to “Investor Path”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the operator of this website.

All content, assessment results and communications are general information only. Where applicable, further information about that arrangement will be disclosed to you or made available on request. When you submit the assessment, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old. You consent to Investor Path contacting you about your enquiry by telephone, SMS or email. Where disclosed at the point of collection, you also consent to us sharing relevant information with service providers for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.

You may ask us to stop marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe option provided or by replying “STOP” to an SMS. We will handle personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy and marketing laws.

6. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but property markets, lending criteria, tax rules, laws and third-party services can change.
